Category & skills specific, temporary position: The right person to assist with temporary work, which needs an expert’s knowledge, skills and certificates etc.

Permanent position: The right person for the job.

Time specific position: Hired help when you need it. E.g. when vacations are knocking on your company’s door, or other long-term absences reduces the number of staff.

Time & skills specific, temporary position: The right temporary person for the job, to get it done on time.

Season specific position: The right person for the season. Seasons change and so does the work description. Different experiences and skills needed at different seasons of the year.

Substitute specific position: Special, extra-hurried help, when workforce for a shorter time is needed, e.g. when sick leave and illness hits the staff and the company needs fast someone to step in to help.
